Why does the form open my email app?
PureTools is intentionally static and has no backend, database or message API. A normal server-side contact form would require collecting and transmitting your message through infrastructure that the rest of the site deliberately avoids. Opening an email draft keeps the behavior transparent: you can inspect the message before sending it, decide which email account to use and keep a copy in your own sent folder.
Can I report a privacy or data-protection issue here?
Yes. Use the privacy question topic or write directly to [email protected]. PureTools does not collect account profiles, uploaded files or tool inputs, but privacy questions about analytics, AdSense, cookies, consent banners or affiliate disclosures are still valid. GDPR and similar data-protection requests are answered through the same address.
Should I attach screenshots or files?
Screenshots are useful for layout bugs, but avoid sending private documents, photos with personal metadata, password lists, financial statements or medical information. If a file-processing tool fails, describe the file type, approximate size and browser instead. A small synthetic sample is better than a real sensitive file because it lets the bug be reproduced without exposing your data.
